Clinical/ Medical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner – Full Time
Based in Macclesfield or Remote Working
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a rapidly growing firm during an exciting time of expansion.
Requirements / Knowledge and Experience
- At least 2 years of clinical/ medical negligence experience (PQE or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence claims, capable of managing cases from inception to trial.
- Experience handling claims related to:
- Medical misdiagnosis
- Surgical negligence
- Prescription and medication errors
- Dental negligence
- Excellent client care skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
