Our client is looking for two dedicated Repairs Planners to join their team at their office in Chesham.

Our client was established over 25 years ago and offers fully integrated, professional plumbing and drain care solutions throughout Greater London, the Home Counties and the South East Counties.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Excel skills are an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and liaise with both operatives and management
  • Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential

What will your role look like?

  • Manage and coordinate a computerised diary for plumbing and drainage Operatives
  • Maintain and update daily the WIP Report for Clients
  • Allocate and Administer Work Orders on the Work Management System
  • Complete Orders daily on internal and Client Systems
  • Comply with allocating the required number of jobs per day
  • Ensure all jobs that require VOs and SOR codes are input correctly
  • Liaise with Operatives to book in follow-on works, extra time or order parts
  • Communicate with management daily to report progress and updates
