Are you the right person for the job?
- 3+ years' experience in IT support
- 3+ years' experience in customer service
- Level 3 or 4 IT qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Windows PC and Server hardware/software
- Networking knowledge, including DHCP, DNS, VPN (L2TP, OpenVPN, Site2Site)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, SharePoint, Veeam Backup, and Unifi
- Knowledge of Active Directory and RMM software
- Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Positive, helpful attitude and keen interest in IT support
- Full UK driving license
What will your role look like?
- Set up and configure new IT devices for clients, both on-site and remotely
- Provide support for business servers and network environments
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Monitor systems using RMM software, including backups and cybersecurity systems
- Diagnose and repair IT devices
- Answer incoming support calls with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional advice
