The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing faults, repairing, and maintaining ice cream, milkshake, coffee, refrigeration, and catering equipment for major hospitality customers, including KFC. Around 20% of service calls involve refrigeration faults, with the remaining work focused on fault finding, repairs, and resolving equipment operating issues. This is a Monday - Friday field-based role, with occasional weekend work required from time to time. The role offers door-to-door travel, covering London within the M25 area as part of a growing engineering team. Candidates should be based within a suitable commuting distance of London.

The role requires a flexible and proactive approach to delivering high-quality, cost-effective repairs and maintenance on a range of equipment supplied and serviced by the company. You will work independently and collaboratively, providing a professional and reliable service while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, communication, and workmanship.
