Over the past two years, the company has significantly grown the business, and an opportunity now exists for a focused individual to join their in-house team. Their considered designs give due consideration to energy efficiency and sustainable solutions for commercial kitchen environments. The Role
In this role, you will be working as part of an already successful team in an important support role for our field-based engineering team.
Duties include:
- Scheduling and co-ordination of service calls
- General office administration
- Processing of job-sheets, quotes, orders etc.
- First point of contact for enquiries, communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Identifying new and existing customers' requirements and advising them of the best solution in a professional manner
- Ordering of stock
- Preparing sales estimates
