Operating on a flexible Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, they enable clients to adopt cutting-edge automation without upfront capital investment, delivering measurable efficiency, cost savings and operational improvements.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join a growing automation business at an exciting stage of development. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing on generating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
The role is field-based and client-facing, suited to someone who is commercially driven, proactive and confident working independently to win new business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Build relationships with facilities managers, operations leaders, procurement teams and other key decision-makers
- Deliver consultative sales presentations on robotic and automation solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements for prospective clients
- Work closely with leadership and operational teams to support successful client onboarding
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity record using CRM systems
- Represent the business professionally at meetings, demonstrations and events
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in B2B new business sales
- Strong track record managing the full sales cycle independently
- Confident in a field-based, client-facing sales role
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and target-focused
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Background in robotics, facilities management, capital equipment, managed services, technology hardware or field service sales
- Experience with subscription-based or service-led sales models such as RaaS
- Interest in technology, automation or robotics
