Sites Contracts Manager | Bilston, West Midlands | Full Time | £50,000 – £60,000 Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer or experienced Sites Manager seeking a challenging and rewarding career? Are you the right person for the job? 3-5 years in mechanical engineering or site management, with expertise in construction or industrial sectors Able to manage teams, internal employees and sub-contractors. Effective communicator, ability troubleshoot problems, works well under pressure Apprenticeship or work experience in fabrication or engineering Highly beneficial of you are experienced in Coded Welding and Pressure Pipework/industrial boilers SMSTS or IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook A degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus but not essential. More than qualifications, the employer values your initiative, team spirit, and drive to succeed This role does require travel across the UK. Its essential you have a full driving license What will your role look like? Overseeing works across multiple sites in the UK – travel as required Kick-off meetings with the sales team, assessing project needs, and liaising with design teams Organising labour, materials, tools, and equipment for projects Conducting site visits, ensuring safety compliance, and motivating your team Building strong client relationships and providing progress reports Preparing risk assessments, and method statements, and ensuring all site activities meet safety standards Approving timesheets, supply chain invoices, and assisting with project estimates What can you expect in return?
