Their commitment to excellence is showcased through in-house design, printing, and finishing processes, ensuring that their products exceed the expectations of each customer. As a key member of a small business, you will be heavily influential; overseeing the continuous improvement of the company website and planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email and social media to increase brand awareness and sales revenue. To thrive in this role, you will be well-versed in all things related to e-commerce, have strong analytic skills, be data-driven and have experience with developing and leading digital marketing campaigns. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with a proactive hands-on mindset with great ideas to reinforce the website’s already excellent online presence. Are you the right person for the job? A proven track record of generating results Experience managing and communicating with external agencies Experience in implementing SEO strategies Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices Experience in all elements of digital marketing, including social media management and advertising, email marketing, content marketing etc Experience in using data to drive decision-making – analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in various digital marketing software, including Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hootsuite etc Attention to detail Commercially minded Excellent command of written English Proactive mindset and full to the brim of ideas! Desirable, but not essential Experience with Shopify Experience with DatoCMS Experience sourcing B2B products What will your role look like? Working with the senior management team to develop the e-commerce strategy for the company website Plan and execute an effective email marketing plan with input from senior management Updating and improving the company websites (B2B & B2C) Managing and updating the company’s social media channels Working with our SEO agency to drive increased organic growth and activity Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience and implement improvements by collaborating with senior management and external agencies Working on strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Liaising on website and marketing projects with external suppliers Sourcing and adding new products to the website from external suppliers Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) What can you expect in return?
