Business Development Manager| Gillingham | Full-time – 37.5 hours per week | £33,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications Our client is a non-profit making organisation that focuses on offering quality accountancy training and other specialist training courses. They are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone focused on expanding the reach of our services, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Please note that a DBS check at an enhanced level (formerly CRB check) must be undertaken by all candidates and be satisfactory as a condition of employment by our client. Are you the right person for the job? Experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally within the education sector Strong understanding of business and marketing principles Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate yourself and others Exceptional customer service skills Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion Energetic, organised, and eager to make a positive impact What will your role look like?
