What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll primarily carry out pre-acquisition surveys for homebuyers, with opportunities to broaden into Expert Witness work, stock condition surveys, disrepair inspections and more.
- Your focus? High-quality, client-focused work delivered with care and confidence.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Full UK driving licence
- Residential surveying experience and RICS or MCIOB membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS or MCIOB)
- Strong time management, communication, and a proactive attitude
- A degree in a related field (e.g. Building Surveying or Building Pathology)
- Skilled with surveying instruments and reporting tools
- Customer-first mindset and pride in doing a job well
- Right to work in the UK
