Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary private healthcare practice focused on improving physical movement and overall well-being. They deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans across musculoskeletal services, with a strong emphasis on achieving meaningful, long-term patient outcomes. The practice operates within a values-driven culture built on compassion, humility, knowledge, and honesty. Clinicians work collaboratively across multiple clinic locations, creating an environment where patient care comes first, and professional development is actively supported.

They are now looking to recruit a Full-time HCPC-registered Podiatrist to join their growing team across their Ringwood and Verwood clinics on the south coast, with the New Forest and beaches nearby. This is a podiatrist-only role (not suitable for Foot Health Practitioners) within a multidisciplinary MSK team alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths.

Role Overview

The primary focus of the role is delivering high-quality podiatric foot care across a broad patient base. An interest in lower limb biomechanics would be advantageous within this MSK setting, though not essential, as full support and development in this area is available over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within a multidisciplinary MSK team alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths
  • Use a computer system for clinical notes (IT competence requirement translated into responsibility)
  • Confident in diagnosing and managing a wide range of podiatric conditions independently
  • Build rapport and long-term patient relationships
  • Contribute to patient retention and ongoing treatment plans
  • Work in a productivity-based environment where performance impacts earnings

Essential Requirements

  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry (or equivalent) open to graduates and experienced clinicians
  • HCPC registered
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Full UK driving licence (non-negotiable)
  • Own vehicle (required to travel between clinics)
  • IT competent (confident using clinical systems)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and patient-focused

Candidate Profile (Who Will Succeed)

  • Commercially aware and comfortable working in a productivity-based environment
  • Motivated by performance-based earnings and patient outcomes
  • Confident in building rapport and retaining patients long term
  • Ambitious, career-driven, and proactive in professional development
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment

The clinic places greater emphasis on personality, motivation, and patient engagement than purely academic background.

Experience That Commands a Higher Salary

  • Nail surgery experience
  • Experience using Swift microwave therapy
  • Advanced treatment technology experience
  • Proven ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently
  • Experience within private practice or revenue-driven environments

Package

  • Productivity-based commission structure
  • Uniform and all equipment provided
  • Structured rota pattern
  • Staff pension
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days with service
  • Regular mentoring, 1:1 support, team meetings, and social events
  • Multidisciplinary clinic environment (Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists)
