Sous Chef | Castleton, Hope Valley | Full / Part Time | Full Time working hours are 4 or 5 days per week, with a maximum of 48 hours, Part time working hours are 33 hours per week over 3 days| £33,000 – £35,000 per annum dependent on experience and skills.
Our client is a 17th-century coaching inn located in the heart of the Peak District National Forest. They are looking to recruit a hands-on Sous Chef for their 10-bedroomed Pub, Cafe, and Restaurant.
They are looking for qualified and experienced Chefs to join their busy kitchen team. This role requires someone who is fully familiar with kitchen operations and Environmental Health (EHO) standards. As part of a small but dedicated team, you\’ll be expected to occasionally run the kitchen independently, managing between 30 and 60 covers over a 9-hour shift.
