Residential Surveyor | North East England | Full Time | £35,000–£50,000+ per annum Our client is a growing independent residential surveying practice based in Northumberland. They provide a range of professional services, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, RICS Level 3 Building Surveys, residential valuations, new-build snagging surveys, damp and defect inspections, and specialist inspections. Their approach is quality over quantity, with surveyors generally undertaking approximately one survey per day, depending on the type, size and complexity of the property. This allows sufficient time for thorough inspections, report writing and client communication. The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will carry out residential property surveys across Newcastle, Northumberland, North Tyneside, Gateshead, Durham and the wider North East where required. The role offers flexibility around home working, workload and diary management, with administrative support provided by the office. The majority of work will involve RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, alongside valuations and a growing number of defect, damp and specialist inspections. Support and mentoring will be provided to help develop your experience across Level 3 surveys, valuations, defects, drone inspections and other specialist areas.
