The predicted salary is between 50000 - 50000 £ per year.
Responsible for co-ordinating and managing all services and communicating with clients and leaseholders in line with contracted management terms, and to run and maintain their property/development to the expected standards accordingly.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing annual service charge budgets
- Insurance claims handling
- Inspection of sites to ensure the quality of services provided is satisfactory and to identify building repairs in line with health and safety issues.
- Health & Safety Compliance, BSR experience
- Coordinate contractors
- Liaise with other team members and departments
- Building strong and proactive relationships with your clients
- Respond to leasehold enquiries in an efficient manner
- Attend external meetings as needed
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of property management principles and procedures
- IRPM or TPI qualification would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand customers' needs
- Working knowledge of property management software/systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with BSR and Health & Safety compliance
