At Talent Finder, we\’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our professional services division. You\’ll focus on technical recruitment across the UK, managing the full process from client onboarding to placement — without the endless cold calling or lead chasing.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and onboard them smoothly
- Running the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and professional roles
- Using your headhunting and sourcing skills to find the right people
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborating with our internal team so you can focus on delivery and results
What We\’re Looking For
- You\’ve got proven 360 experience in technical or professional recruitment — ideally engineering, construction or similar. A minimum of 4 years of experience within the Perm Market
- You know how to manage clients confidently and deliver a great experience
- You\’re a relationship-builder who prefers quality over quantity
- You\’re proactive, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail
