The Role
- Provide high-quality care to residents
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medication as needed

Requirements
- Essential Experience in providing personal care, including assisting with daily living activities
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
- Skills in leadership, team collaboration, and staff supervision
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and infection control standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A caring and empathetic approach to supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
