The Role

  • Provide high-quality care to residents
  • Assist with daily activities
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Support the care team in delivering person-centred services
  • Monitor the well-being of residents
  • Maintain up-to-date care records
  • Foster a supportive and warm environment in collaboration with team members
  • Shifts patterns run 8:00 – 8:00 Days and Nights

Requirements

  • Essential Experience in providing personal care, including assisting with daily living activities
  • Knowledge of care plans and the ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
  • Skills in leadership, team collaboration, and staff supervision
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and infection control standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A caring and empathetic approach to supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
  • Experience in a Senior Care role in Care Home setting
