Our client is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join their Head Office team on a full-time, permanent basis. Are you the right person for the job? We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You\’ll need: Good knowledge of Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Effective time management and prioritisation skills Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability Confidence in building rapport with both clients and colleagues What will your role look like? As a Scheduling Administrator in our Head Office team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of audits. Your responsibilities will include: Producing and maintaining accurate schedules and records using the SMART system Sending out monthly schedules to auditors on time Downloading and manipulating data from client systems Responding promptly to high-priority client audit requests Liaising with field colleagues to agree on audit dates Liaising with clients on scheduling and resolving arising issues Monitoring overdue audits and ensuring completion within KPIs and funder requirements What can you expect in return?
