We are a well-established and growing solicitors' firm with over 25 years' experience, looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at our modern office space in Salford Quays.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional who is confident managing their own caseload, takes pride in delivering excellent client care and wants the opportunity to develop and progress as the firm continues to grow.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, working closely with colleagues and maintaining excellent communication with clients and other professionals throughout each transaction.
Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completionHandling freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesTransfers of equityNew-build transactionsUnregistered propertiesReviewing titles, draft contract packs and search resultsConducting title checks and raising and responding to enquiriesDrafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documentationLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, solicitors and other professionalsKeeping clients and relevant parties regularly updated throughout their transactionMaintaining accurate and up-to-date case recordsEnsuring matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements and firm proceduresDelivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transactionExperience of shared ownership matters, bridging finance and knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be advantageous, although not essential.
QualificationYou must be a qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales, holding a current practising certificate.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and confident managing their own caseload, while also enjoying being part of a smaller team where everyone works together.
This role is open to qualified solicitors only. You must be admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and hold a current practising certificate; applications from legal executives, licensed conveyancers, unqualified fee earners and other non-solicitor candidates cannot be considered.
Ideally, you will have around 3 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience, although candidates with different levels of experience will be considered where they can demonstrate the appropriate knowledge and ability.

Our modern office space is exceptionally well connected, with excellent public transport links and a Metrolink tram stop directly outside the office, providing easy access to Manchester city centre and the surrounding areas.
