Yorkshire (occasional travel to Manchester/Stockport) | Full Time | £30,000 basic + Commission

Are you the right person for the job?

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in drainage, plumbing, utilities, FM or similar
  • Understanding of common drainage problems
  • Confidence in generating new business
  • Strong communication and customer skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage jobs end-to-end
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A desire to progress into more field-based work

What will your role look like?

  • Secure new business by visiting customers and assessing needs
  • Manage jobs from enquiry → quote → booking → completion
  • Act as the link between customers and the team
  • Keep customers updated throughout
  • Office-based initially, progressing into field sales with training
  • Build and follow up your own pipeline
  • Prepare and send quotations
  • Attend site to support basic assessments (with support where needed)
  • Ensure smooth job delivery and customer communication
  • Review CCTV notes/images to support accurate quoting
  • Take payments/issue pro formas
  • Close jobs in the system accurately
