Are you the right person for the job?
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner or in a similar role
- Claimant experience is essential
- Experience handling RTA files and knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Working understanding of the MOJ Portal process
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, MS Outlook, and case management systems
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
What will your role look like?
- Handle RTA pre-litigation cases from start to finish
- Work with Credit Hire/Accident Management companies
- Manage files in line with client protocols and relevant procedures
- Apply knowledge of the claims process, Civil Procedure Rules, and MOJ Portal process
- Deliver a high level of client care and communication
- Use case management systems (ideally Proclaim) and Microsoft Office applications
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
- Maintain high accuracy, time management, and workload organisation
