Pool Renderer | Macclesfield | Full Time | £36,000 plus bonuses Our client has been awarded the top accolade of National Pool Contractor of the Year on numerous occasions. They specialise in the construction, build and design of home indoor swimming pools, commercial swimming pools, spas & saunas, pool refurbishment, pool maintenance and pool accessories. An exciting position has become available for a full-time Pool Renderer based in Macclesfield. Please note- whilst the location of their offices is in Macclesfield, the successful candidate would be required to work on sites throughout the UK & Isle of Man, with a large percentage of work in the North West. Are you the right person for the job? Previous experience in rendering/ pool construction required Must reside in the North West Physically fit with the stamina to carry out demanding manual work Strong attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and professional finish Problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues during application Good knowledge of rendering and plastering materials Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of health and safety practices CSCS card is preferred but not essential What will your role look like? Preparing pool interiors by cleaning and smoothing surfaces before application Mixing render and plaster materials accurately to specifications Applying render or plaster evenly to pool walls and floors, ensuring correct thickness and coverage Smoothing and finishing surfaces with precision tools for a consistent, high-quality result Ensuring waterproofing to protect pool integrity and prevent leaks Carrying out repairs and maintenance to ensure long-lasting finishes Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE at all times What can you expect in return?
