Are you the right person for the job?
- PLC programming experience (TIA Portal / Studio 5000)
- HMI design experience
- Strong understanding of machine, process, and line control logic
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
Desirable: experience with industrial automation projects, SCADA systems, or knowledge of safety standards and failsafe programming.
What will your role look like?
- Develop customised PLC code and intuitive HMIs for client machinery
- Interpret URS/FDS documents and create necessary documentation
- Collaborate with design, site, and project teams for smooth integration
- Produce site commissioning plans and provide on-site support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including remote support
- Handle additional tasks as required to support business needs
