To be a vital support in the smooth running of the kitchen, working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider team. You will help deliver high-quality, locally sourced dishes with a focus on breakfast service and bar menu offerings, in line with the business values of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment and take pride in delivering consistent, first-class food while sharing knowledge of local and homegrown produce.
- Deliver an excellent food experience with a focus on breakfast and bar menu service
- Understand dietary requirements and ensure food is delivered accordingly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Step up confidently when required to support kitchen leadership
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service
- Champion local, seasonal, and homegrown produce (Ecology Island concept)
- Be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen (Rosette-level experience preferred)
- Good spoken English
- Excellent hygiene and food safety standards
