The Role

They are seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant Manager to join their growing management team. Managers are at the heart of the business and play a vital role in how the cafés operate. This is more than just a management role; you will have the opportunity to get involved in real business decisions, develop your leadership skills and progress your career within a growing hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the café
  • Lead, motivate and develop the team

Requirements

  • Previous management experience is desirable, ideally within food & beverage, hospitality or a quick-service environment
