This is a sales-driven Account Handler role, ideal for someone who enjoys converting enquiries, developing client relationships, and growing a mixed book of commercial and personal lines business within a supportive and experienced team.

Previous experience working within an insurance brokerage
Experience handling commercial risks and/or personal lines policies
Confident sales mindset with the ability to convert inbound enquiries
Experience using Open GI is an advantage (training provided if required)
Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across commercial and personal insurance
Proactively converting inbound leads into new policies
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities between personal and commercial products
Managing and developing a mixed insurance book of business
Supporting business growth through ideas that improve efficiency and sales performance
