Our client is a small, design-led architecture practice specialising in high-quality bespoke residential and small-medium scale projects. They are a studio that values thoughtful design, technical excellence, and close collaboration across all stages of delivery.
Working closely with the Director and Senior team, you will take responsibility for running projects from early concept through to completion, gaining full exposure across all RIBA stages with genuine ownership and autonomy.

Requirements
- Essential
- 3-5 years UK experience post-Part 2 in architecture, architectural technology, or project running roles
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Experience delivering residential and/or bespoke small-medium scale projects
- Proven ability to work through RIBA Stages 0-6, ideally with full project delivery experience
- Strong technical detailing and construction drawing capability
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple project demands
- Comfortable working within a small, collaborative studio environment
- Desirable
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration
The Role
- Running and managing residential projects from concept through to completion
- Leading projects across all RIBA Stages (0-6)
- Producing and coordinating detailed Revit drawing packages from concept through to construction
- Managing consultant coordination, including structural engineers and MEP teams
- Supporting and administering projects under JCT contracts
