Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operational management of adult and children's care services.
- Complete comprehensive care plans and risk assessments for new service users.
- Regularly review and update care plans and risk assessments to ensure they remain accurate and person-centred.
- Conduct service user satisfaction surveys and monitor feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Assist with safeguarding procedures, internal audits, quality assurance, and compliance activities.
- Work alongside senior management to implement service improvements and maintain high standards of care.
- Support and mentor care staff, promoting best practice and ensuring excellent outcomes for service users.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or in a similar supervisory role within the care sector.
- Experience supporting both adult and children's services.
- Level 3 qualification in Adult Care, Children's Residential Care, Health & Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
