Mortgage Advisor (Self-Employed)
Location:Accrington Office-Based, Hybrid, or Remote
Contract:Full-Time, Self-Employed
OTE:£50,000£60,000 (commission-based, no basic salary)

Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding mortgage advisory team with a strong track record of success and an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction. As a Mortgage Advisor, youll play a key role in guiding clients towards financial stability and homeownership.
Please note:This is a self-employed position offering competitive commission splits Experienced Advisors: 80/20 | Trainees: 70/30

- CeMAP qualification is essential
- Strong background in sales with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and explaining financial products clearly
- Confident using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Romanian-speaking candidates are highly beneficial (or if required:Romanian speaking is essential)
- Must be self-employed and able to generate their own clients

In this role, you will:
- Guide clients through a range of mortgage options to match their individual needs
- Assess financial circumstances, including income and expenditure
- Explain repayment options and mortgage protection clearly and confidently
- Provide general support and advice throughout the home-buying journey
