Mobile Multi-trade Maintenance Person

Mobile Multi-trade Maintenance Person | London (West) | Full Time | Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday | £35,000 – £45,000 per annum

Are you the right person for the job?

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle/Van are essential for this role
• MUST have own tools
• General residential property maintenance experience
• Knowledge of joinery, electrical and plumbing repairs
• Ability to deal with common domestic appliance faults

What will your role look like?

• Carry out routine repairs and maintenance work on residential properties
• Coordinate tests, servicing and refurbishment of properties
• General ‘troubleshooting\’ and ‘fixing\’ of tenant issues and problems
• Operate the planned maintenance programme for properties
• Perform basic maintenance and small repairs
• Replacement of light bulbs, collecting posts, and delivering items to the premises
• Redecoration
• Undertake small installations. i.e. change locks, install shelves, hang picture frames
• Check appliances
• Liaise with tradespeople/contractors
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Assemble furniture
