- Frontend Development: Build, maintain, and optimise responsive interfaces; turn wireframes into production-ready code; improve multi-step forms and high-converting landing pages
- Performance & Quality: Ensure cross-browser functionality, mobile responsiveness, accessibility standards, and fast load times; troubleshoot and QA issues
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers on REST APIs, collaborate with designers for UX consistency, and work closely with marketing to ensure tracking, analytics, and attribution requirements are correctly implemented
- Standards & Improvements: Contribute to internal development standards, reusable components, and suggest practical UX and performance improvements
- Team-Focused KPIs: Deliver stable, maintainable code; support funnel performance, page speed, and analytics implementation; ensure accurate tracking and reporting
