Flag Formulations & HB42 are leading specialists in the development and manufacture of specialist paints, sealants and adhesives.

With a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise and innovation, the business continues to expand and is now looking for a Sales Growth Executive to join their team in Burnham-on-Crouch.

The Role As a Sales Growth Executive, you'll play a key role in growing revenue across the business.

You'll manage and develop existing customer accounts while proactively identifying, pursuing and winning new business.

This is a predominantly phone-based role, with occasional customer visits and attendance at trade shows.

You'll also provide sales administration cover in the office one day per week, with additional office cover required during holidays and staff absences.

Key Responsibilities Proactively contact existing customers across both brands to maintain relationships, prompt reorders and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across merchants, distributors, trade buyers and private label prospects Re-engage lapsed accounts and convert warm leads into active customers Follow up on sample requests and quotes that have not yet converted Introduce new product launches to existing and prospective customers Visit key customers where required to strengthen relationships and progress opportunities Represent the business at trade shows and industry events Work closely with senior
