As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring candidates receive a first-class service from beginning to end.

Are you the right person for the job? If you have the following, then the answer is yes!

  • You will have previous experience within a recruitment role either in-house or agency, filling a range of roles
  • Experience in using an applicant tracking system would be highly advantageous
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner
  • You will be driven and energetic in your approach as well as confident and focused
  • Analytical and flexible, you will be professional at all times with high attention to detail
  • You will be skilled in the use of MS Office

What will your role as an Internal Recruiter look like?

  • Working with the management team to understand current vacancies
  • Identifying and attracting suitable candidates for current live roles
  • Directly sourcing, headhunting, leading on candidate generation, attraction and assessment and shortlisting and selection
  • Using effective questioning techniques to establish the candidate's experience
  • Actively building talent pipelines for current and future requirements through proactive candidate attraction and networking
  • To ensure the candidates receive a service which is second to none

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to a minimum of bachelor's degree level
  • Experience in a busy sales or customer facing role
  • Proof of being a high performing individual, from extra-curricular activities, work, university and so on
  • Articulate, excellent communicator
  • Money motivated and results driven
  • Resilient and hardworking
  • Problem solver and eager to learn
