Our client is an early-stage AI business developing a workspace that helps executives and their teams use artificial intelligence more effectively in their everyday work. With investor backing, several pilots underway and an experienced entrepreneur at the helm, the business is entering an exciting stage of commercial growth. They are now looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Lead to help bring the product to market, establish the brand and grow the customer base. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing technology business, shaping how the product reaches its audience and turning marketing activity into measurable customer acquisition. The Role Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead with B2B SaaS experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to launch and grow a software product within a startup or scaling business. Creative, cost-effective growth will be central to the role. Alongside targeted paid campaigns, you will explore organic content, SEO, email, LinkedIn, relevant creators and other routes to market that can deliver sustainable results. You will have existing team members to draw on, with the opportunity to shape and develop the marketing function as the business grows. You will bring their activity together, set priorities and ensure everyone is working towards clear commercial goals. This could suit a SaaS marketer ready to take broader ownership, or an existing Marketing Lead who enjoys the pace, variety and responsibility of an early-stage business.
