Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including any weekend requirements, if applicable), 8:00-17:30

Requirements
Essential
- The following qualifications are essential:
- NCC Caravan Service Award
- STGW Gas
- NCC Electrical Level 1 & 2
- Hands-on experience in campervan or similar vehicle builds
- Strong carpentry/joinery skills with a high-quality finish
- Confident using power tools (jigsaws, drills, routers, saws)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Health and Safety awareness - maintains a safe, tidy workspace and follows safety protocols
Desirable
- Upholstery experience
- CNC machining experience
- Gas safety certification
The Role
- Carrying out bespoke camper van conversions from shell to completion
- Insulation and soundproofing
- Electrical system installation (12v/240V), including solar setups
- Carpentry and interior fitting
- Plumbing for water systems
- Installation of fixtures, fittings, and accessories
- Gas installation and repairs
- Ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail
