Our client is a forward-thinking, growing law firm operating a modern consultancy model that allows experienced solicitors to build a flexible, independent practice with professional support. They are expanding their Litigation Consultant Solicitor team and are seeking commercially aware, motivated litigators who want greater autonomy, stronger earning potential, and a better work-life balance.
The Opportunity
This consultancy role spans almost all areas of litigation and dispute resolution, offering exposure to a broad and varied caseload depending on experience and expertise. You will manage your own matters independently while benefiting from the firm's professional infrastructure, systems, compliance support, and collaborative environment. The firm provides lead generation and business development support to help consultants build a pipeline of work. However, this is a consultancy model, and consultants are also expected to actively self-generate work and develop their own client base alongside firm support.

Key Responsibilities
You will handle a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
- Civil and commercial litigation
- Contract and business disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Property and landlord & tenant disputes
- Boundary, neighbour and land disputes
- Professional negligence and consumer disputes
- Insolvency-related and shareholder disputes
- Injunctions, urgent applications and High Court matters
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Pre-action work, negotiation and settlement
Responsibilities include managing matters from instruction to conclusion, advising clients on merits, risk and strategy, drafting all litigation documentation, and conducting negotiations and court proceedings where required.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 3-4+ years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid environment
- Commitment to professional standards, compliance and regulatory obligations
