Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agency | Hammersmith, London, W6 7AP | Full Time | Competitive Basic Salary £25,000 £28,000 - On target earnings (Uncapped Commission)

Our client is one of London\'s leading residential property management companies. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver outstanding service to their clients, and the company is continuously growing and expanding.

Note – any valid UK driving licence is acceptable as the company now provides an automatic car.

  • Must have experience with Lettings
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • The ability to deal with people from all backgrounds
  • Resilient, positive and friendly
  • Good organisational and time-keeping skills
  • Computer skills are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Good business sense, trustworthy and professional attitude
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (manual or automatic)
  • Ideally, your own car; however, a pool car is available & shared amongst the team

What will your role look like?

  • Generating maximum lettings fees to hit/ exceed agreed monthly/annual targets
  • Creating and maintaining a network of prospective tenants (applicants) via consistent contact/ property viewings and face-to-face sales
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Providing managers with reports on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Confidently communicating with clients and tenants to negotiate the best possible deals for our clients
  • Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and available stock listed with the office
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of both the local area and the London area, in respect of public transport, local amenities, shops/ restaurants, etc
  • Maintain and take marketing pictures. Including check-out/check-in if required
  • Achieving performance targets
  • Update marketing material by taking photographs and filming video tours
  • Ensure feedback is clearly detailed on the database system
  • Ensure a high level of communication with the Property Management Department
