Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 (DOE) + Overtime (time and a half)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday (7:00am – 5:00pm). Flexible working available for the right candidate (including early finishes where possible).

Working in a state-of-the-art, fully heated workshop, you will use advanced Mercedes diagnostic systems while supporting a diverse fleet – from passenger vehicles to heavy goods and specialist recovery units. The business operates a comprehensive, on-site setup, handling everything from vehicle sourcing and dismantling to global parts distribution. Requirements
- Proven experience working in a workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality service with a results-driven mindset
- Own tools
- Minimum 5 years' experience in:
- Commercial vehicles
- Fleet maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Desirable / Highly Desirable
- Minimum 5 years' experience in:
- Recovery vehicles (preferred)
- Mercedes-Benz experience or training (highly desirable)
- HGV / LGV qualifications
- Mercedes-Benz certification (highly desirable)
- MOT Tester qualification (advantageous)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Using cutting-edge Mercedes software and tools to diagnose and fix issues
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of commercial vehicles
- Carry out diagnostics and fault finding using advanced systems
- Work on:
- Light commercial vehicles (vans)
- HGVs / LGVs
- Complete a mix of servicing, diagnostics, and major repairs
- Adapt to a fast-paced workshop where workloads can vary daily
