Location: Plymouth, Devon (in-person)

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including any weekend requirements, if applicable), 8:00-17:30

Salary: £31,005.00-£35,685.00 per annum

Requirements:

Essential:

  • NCC Caravan Service Award
  • STGW Gas
  • NCC Electrical Level 1 & 2
  • Hands-on experience in campervan or similar vehicle builds
  • Strong carpentry/joinery skills with a high-quality finish
  • Confident using power tools (jigsaws, drills, routers, saws)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Health and Safety awareness - maintains a safe, tidy workspace and follows safety protocols

Desirable:

  • Upholstery experience
  • CNC machining experience
  • Gas safety certification

The Role:

  • Carrying out bespoke camper van conversions from shell to completion
  • Insulation and soundproofing
  • Electrical system installation (12v/240V), including solar setups
  • Carpentry and interior fitting
  • Plumbing for water systems
  • Installation of fixtures, fittings, and accessories
  • Gas installation and repairs
  • Ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail
