Our client is a progressive and successful Mechanical Services and Fabrication company based in Newbury, West Berkshire. They specialise in delivering top-tier services to high-profile FM / Maintenance sector and end-user clients, predominantly located in London and the South East. With a focus on growth, they are looking for a proactive Junior Contracts/Project Manager to join their busy and expanding Mechanical Services department.

What will your role look like?
- Manage a variety of mechanical projects ranging in value from £5K to £100K
- Oversee projects from initial enquiry through to quotation, mobilisation, delivery, and completion
- Work closely with internal technical teams and third-party manufacturers to coordinate project milestones
- Deliver projects involving pipework, water services, fans, ductwork, AHUs, lagging, insulation, and more
- Ensure work is delivered primarily in live, operational environments rather than new builds
- Maintain accurate documentation, including RAMS, H&S compliance, and quality assurance
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align resources and timelines
- Monitor project progress, flag issues early, and proactively drive resolution
