Joiners / Multi-Skilled Operatives | Greater Manchester | Full Time | Working hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday | From £33,150 per annum
Based in Manchester, Timmins Group Ltd is a unique family-run business which undertakes building fabric maintenance and fire protection projects throughout the North West of England, Yorkshire and Nationwide.
We have long-term contracts for blue chip customers such as the BBC, Home Office, DWP, Local & Government, Hospitals, Schools and Colleges, BAE Systems, Police Training Centres, UKBA, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence and Housing Associations.
Due to continued success, we are seeking to recruit hard-working multi-skilled Operatives. The role is offered with training such as PASMA, Face fit, manual handling, abrasive wheels, etc. and a career path for those who wish to advance.

Qualifications
- You will ideally hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery (or equivalent)
- A valid CSCS card is preferred
- You must hold a full, clean driving licence and have the right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and colleagues
- Flexible, physically fit, and able to travel to customer sites across the North West and beyond
Responsibilities
- Travelling to customer sites and carrying out installations and maintenance
- Installing fire doors, partitions, plastering, ceilings, window installations, and general refurbishment
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Working overtime when required
