Remote Lead Generation & Sales Executive (Part-Time)

Job Type: Self-employed, Part-time

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Approx. 30 hours per week. Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and sickness.

The Role

This is a sales-focused role, not a traditional customer service position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding rapidly to new enquiries
  • Generating opportunities
  • Nurturing prospects
  • Converting enquiries into booked appointments

Working closely with the wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring no opportunity is missed, maximising lead conversion and supporting continued business growth. The role is fully remote and would suit an experienced telesales professional, lead generation specialist, appointment setter, business development executive or sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, working independently and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to new customer enquiries via telephone, SMS and email
  • Contact inbound leads promptly and professionally
  • Qualify enquiries and gather relevant information
  • Convert enquiries into booked appointments
  • Follow up on uncontacted and unconverted enquiries
  • Re-engage dormant and previously unconverted leads
  • Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Support lead follow-up and customer nurturing
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups and appointment conversion performance
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Follow established processes and scripts where appropriate
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, objections and opportunities
  • Use initiative to manage workload and prioritise high-value opportunities

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, business development or a similar sales-focused role
  • Proven track record of generating leads and converting enquiries into appointments
  • Strong telephone communication and objection-handling skills
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Professional, confident and friendly manner
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where rapid response is essential
  • Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable making outbound calls as well as handling inbound enquiries
  • Ability to accurately track activity and maintain organised records

  • Experience within property services, home improvement or franchise environments
  • Previous experience managing high-value customer enquiries
