Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch)

- Experience in a conveyancing department
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
- Confident use of online portals; familiarity with Land Registry and Companies House processes a plus
Your role:
- Assist with residential property transactions
- Update case progress on online portals
- Support exchange and completion procedures
- Submit filings to Companies House
- Manage leasehold tasks
- Ensure compliance with lender requirements and file archiving
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
