Our client is a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors with offices in Gillingham and Sturminster Newton, Dorset. They are seeking a Tax Assistant to join their largest office in Gillingham, supporting an experienced Tax Director and two Tax Managers in delivering an exceptional service to a varied client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with UK personal tax experience who is looking to further develop their career in a collaborative environment. As a Tax Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the tax team by preparing and completing a range of tax compliance work:
- Preparing personal, sole trader, partnership Self-Assessment and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) returns
- Assisting the Tax Director and Tax Managers with personal tax compliance work
- Supporting the wider tax team with a range of compliance-related duties
Must have at least 1 years experience working within UK personal tax compliance.
ATT qualification (full or part-qualified), or relevant practical tax experience.
AAT-qualified or part-qualified candidates with tax experience are also encouraged to apply.
