What will your role look like?
As a Field Representative, you will play a key role in supporting and growing the company’s customer network. Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting and showcasing the company’s range of products to new and existing customers
- Ensuring product displays are well-organised and visually appealing
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular contact, including face-to-face visits, emails, and phone calls
- Planning and coordinating customer visits within your region
- Using CRM systems to manage customer information and handle order processing
- Representing the company at trade shows nationwide
