Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Friday: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, but this is a managerial role, so if anything comes up, tasks must be completed as required.

The Role:
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to manage day-to-day administrative, production, and operational activities within a manufacturing site. This is a varied, hands-on role combining office administration, production planning, health & safety coordination, and factory support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The role is fully on-site.
You will work closely with production, accounts, payroll, and senior management and report day-to-day to directors and support staff based in Milton Keynes. During the first 3 months, the focus will be a blend of office administration and production / H&S operations.
