- Insolvency-related litigation
- Enforcement proceedings
- Urgent injunctions and interim applications
- General civil and Business & Property Court matters
Every matter is different, offering variety, complexity, and genuine intellectual engagement.

- Ability to take ownership of work with appropriate supervision
Desirable:
- Experience running own files
- Exposure to Business & Property Court work
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and procedural documents
- Interest in rural, agricultural or countryside-related matters (advantageous but not essential)
We are particularly interested in candidates who are:
- Ambitious and eager to progress
- Resilient and commercially aware
- Comfortable working closely with senior lawyers in a collaborative environment
- Genuinely interested in complex, varied litigation work
The Team
You will be joining a well-established litigation team comprising:

- Supportive training and development culture
- No billing targets
- Clear progression opportunities with no glass ceiling
