As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our Key Accounts Department, which plays a crucial role in ensuring fleets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. We’re now looking for a dedicated and organised Service Co-ordinator to join our team in Cwmbran.
You’ll be instrumental in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect from Fitzgerald Plant Services.

As Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Key Accounts team, ensuring our maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will:
- Manage and schedule planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Allocate technicians, tools, and parts to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records in Syrinx
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Support and mentor technicians, apprentices, and support staff to maintain high team performance
