Commercial Gas Engineer | Sheffield S9 4PL | 40 Hours and overtime available | £41,000 per annum
Our client is a well-established heating and mechanical service contractor, providing a range of services to its growing customer base.
Due to an increased workload, the company is currently seeking to recruit a fully qualified Commercial Gas Engineer. The position is full-time with overtime available.

Are you the right person for the job?
- Fully qualified Commercial Gas Engineer with ACS Commercial core and appliances certification
- Proven experience working on commercial heating systems, including installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Competent in health & safety procedures and risk assessments relevant to commercial gas work
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Ideally DBS checked
- Previous experience in commercial or educational facilities, managing heating and mechanical systems
- Familiar with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and compliance checks for commercial boilers and heating infrastructure
- Comfortable using company-provided tools, mobile technology, and reporting systems for service documentation
- Able to plan and manage a daily workload efficiently, including overtime as needed
- Highly reliable and professional, with a strong work ethic
- Problem-solver with practical and technical aptitude
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to ongoing training and skills development
- Lives within a commutable distance of Sheffield S9 4PL and eligible to work in the UK
