Our client is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality playground equipment, based in Alresford, just outside Colchester in Essex. Their product range includes innovative play structures, safety surfacing solutions (such as wet pour and bonded mulch), seating, fencing, multi-use games arenas (MUGAs), and a wide variety of associated products designed for public play areas and parks. They are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated salesperson to join their growing team and travel to sites throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. What will your role look like?
As a Field Representative, you will play a key role in supporting and growing the company's customer network. Your responsibilities will include:
- Presenting and showcasing the company's range of products to new and existing customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular contact, including face-to-face visits, emails, and phone calls
- Planning and coordinating customer visits
- Carrying out site surveys to collate measurements and any other relevant information
- Actively increasing the company's presence on purchasing frameworks with local authorities
- Developing and improving the Company Social Value standing using the Open Access TOM System
- Developing company CRM systems to manage customer information and handle order processing
