Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a stable, long-term role with a well-established engineering company? Our client is a respected precision engineering business with a strong reputation in the High Peak area. Established in 1967, they operate from modern premises on a busy industrial estate and continue to invest in both their people and equipment. Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking to add a skilled CNC Turner to their friendly and busy machine shop.
What’s in it for you:

What you’ll be doing:
- Programming, setting and operating an XYZ Prototrak Lathe
- Producing precision components to tight tolerances
- Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience using XYZ Prototrak Control is essential
- Experience in a subcontract or precision engineering environment
- Ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Confident using a range of tooling and measuring equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must live within a commutable distance of Buxton (SK17)
